Research and Planning - Double page spread Fonts

For this we discussed which fonts we thought would be suitable for a double page spread. I understand that Serif fonts are suitable as the have extra bits so when skim reading they can easily be read.

Fonts i can use:
Cambria
Adobe Caslon Pro 
Times New Roman
Baskerville

The size of the font should be 12 max
